This is the other side of the dandelion puff I photographed last week.

Just so you know, I knew it was a dandelion, I just wasn't sure of what it was called once it was in seed.

It was very interesting reading what the different names for it are.

This is Rocky.

He's lived with me since I was 13.

I really wanted a bulldog back then so my dad brought him home for me.

He's the best dog ever!

He doesn't make a mess.

He doesn't bark.

He doesn't chew shoes or dig holes.

He just stands guard.

I didn't even notice him when I was taking the photo.

It's funny the things you don't see until you look at macro photos. The lense picks up all sorts of things that we just don't see. I love that about macro.

I have been a little MIA lately.

I just haven't had ANY desire to be in blogland of late. It all started when my computer crashed. Hubby has fixed it for me, but it's not working as well as I'd like it to be and that's a bit of a turn off.

Time for a new computer me thinks. Hint, hint honey.

I am of course, way behind on my 365. I have no intention of playing catch ups, but I will just pick up where I left off. Hope that's ok with y'all.

I'm also way behind in my blog reading. I don't have the time to play catch ups on that too, so you'll just have to bare with me on my commenting on your fab photos. I'll get there eventually.

Today's pick is a macro of the crema on my flat white coffee. Just think, every single coffee ever made looks different. No two are the exactly the same. Just like snow flakes.

14/365 - Joy of Love - Wedding Band

This is not my husbands wedding band, but it is his ring. He's away today so I'm not able to photograph his wedding band, but this ring is more precious to me anyway.

He wore it when we met. Then when we were engaged, we got our initials engraved on it.

We now share this ring. He wears it on his left pinkie finger and I wear it on my right middle finger. I wear it most often, but happily hand it over when he wants to wear it.

It's very special to me, to us.
